By engaging Studio Facio or purchasing any of our services, you accept the following terms:
A signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit are required to confirm your project start date.
Outstanding balances must be paid according to the schedule specified in your proposal or contract.
Project timelines rely on timely client responses, feedback, and submission of required materials.
Studio Facio may pause or reschedule work if client communication falls behind the agreed timeframes.
Final deliverables will be released only after full payment has been received.
We reserve the right to feature completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a different arrangement is documented in writing.
Due to the bespoke and creative nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable. Every project involves committed time, research, and creative guidance specifically crafted for your project. If unexpected issues occur, we will handle them fairly, transparently, and with respect for both parties..
All creative concepts, strategies, and designs produced by Studio Facio remain the studio’s property until final payment is made. Once the project is complete and payment received, you will be granted the usage rights specified in your proposal or contract.
Studio Facio retains the right to feature selected work in our portfolio, on our website, and across our social channels. You may not modify, resell, or redistribute Studio Facio’s creative assets, templates, or resources without prior written permission.
