Founded in 2019 by Creative Director Melissa Elia, the studio was born from a belief that great design sits at the intersection of strategy and aesthetics. Before launching Studio Facio, Mel spent years working in-house within the beauty and skincare industry — developing a rigorous understanding of how identity shapes the way a brand is felt, not just seen.
